THIS QUALITIES ARE GOOD...[ June 2020 series ] with pastor Evans
TRUE CHILDREN OF GOD ARE PEOPLE OF FAITH
Many illnesses and deaths are caused by worry, trouble or fear. Fear is an act of unbelief; it’s a blockage for the Holy Spirit to do His work or miracle and an opening for the enemy to steal, kill and destroy. Please, believe in God and give your problems to Jesus who truly loves you and died to save you from those problems. Trust Him to give you a miraculous solution.
Blessed; enjoying enviable happiness, success, spiritual prosperity with overflowing life, joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, deliverance, good health, long live, possessing happiness produced by the experience especially conditioned by the revelation of His grace, regardless of their outward condition, are those who have not seen but yet believe , trust and rely on Jesus. John 20:29.
In Lystra there sat a man who was lame. He had been that way from birth and had never walked. He listened to Paul as he was speaking. Paul looked directly at him, saw that he had faith to be healed and called out, "Stand up on your feet!" At that, the man jumped up and began to walk. When the crowd saw what Paul had done, they shouted in the Lycaonian language, "The gods have come down to us in human form!" Acts 14:8-11.
Do not just hurry to pray for someone or for a prayer request. It might just be an empty religious activity, waist of time. You can first encourage the person to have Faith in Christ. Your faith must not be imposed on a person. It will not produce the miracle if the faith of the person in need, is absent. A man had faith that he could be healed and Paul saw it in him and acted. The miracle happened immediately.
Two blind men came to Jesus, and he asked them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" "Yes, Lord," they replied. Then he touched their eyes and said, "According to your faith let it be done to you"; and their sight was restored. Matt 9:27-30. Jesus says to you now, believe me. Be courageous; do not fear for I am with you. Hand to me your problem and receive the solution now by faith. Jesus says, my peace I give you, go in peace and be free from your sufferings, your faith; trust and confidence in Me has solved your problem(s) Mark 5:34.
Prayer
- Lord, heal my unbelief .
- I lay all my burdens at your feet now.
- Begin to thank God and confess your miracle.
